Paul Milner is LAWD Auctions Senior Director Operations, based in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales.
With more than 30 years’ experience as an auctioneer, Paul is a well-respected agricultural and heavy equipment specialist in both Australian and international markets. Over this time, he has built a fierce reputation for conducting fair and ethical auctions that aim to deliver positive results for all parties. His ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with buyers and vendors stems from his outstanding communication and people skills, which he also leverages to lead and motivate the teams he works with.
Over the course of his career to date, Paul’s entrepreneurial nature has led him to establish and grow several auctioneer businesses, pioneer online auctions for agricultural and heavy equipment, and oversee many large and record-breaking transactions. He has also owned a managed a machinery dealership, taking it from financial distress to an annual turnover of more than $8 million.
Prior to joining LAWD, Paul focused on the sales of new and used earthmoving equipment, including the importation of machinery from Europe, USA and Thailand and collaboration with dealers on pricing and trade-ins.
