Oscar Stanley is National Director of LAWD’s Development Advisory business, where he leads a team dedicated to delivering turnkey, whole-of-cycle land development solutions across Australia.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Oscar has guided the acquisition and delivery of some of Victoria’s most prominent and complex projects, spanning large-scale master planned greenfield communities through to high-density urban infill developments. His senior leadership roles at Stockland and ABN Group provide LAWD clients with a unique whole-of-market perspective, integrating development, finance, and built-form delivery.
Nationally recognised as an expert in strategic partnerships, Oscar has forged enduring relationships across the development, finance, and housing sectors. He has led significant affordable housing initiatives with both state and federal governments and has helped establish businesses in Australia’s rapidly expanding Land Lease and Horizontal Build-to-Rent markets.
Oscar’s work has been recognised at the UDIA National Awards for Excellence, where he delivered award-winning projects including Highlands (National Master Planned Development Award) and Barkly (National Medium Density Development Award).
At LAWD, Oscar is responsible for leading an advisory platform that provides fully integrated solutions across the property development lifecycle, including development delivery strategies, capital raising and finance structuring, and builder and retailing strategies.
He currently serves as Vice President of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) National and as a member of the Advisory Committee for REA Group’s A Home for All Foundation. These roles further reflect Oscar’s deep industry knowledge, strong networks, and leadership in shaping the future of Australian housing.
