Headquartered out of Albury, Olivia Thompson brings more than 20 years of experience in property sales to her role as Director of Transactions. With an exceptional track record in agribusiness transactions, particularly in the Northern Territory, Olivia continues to specialise in the divestments of large-scale cattle stations and agricultural properties in the North while expanding her focus to agribusiness transactions across Northern Victoria and the Riverina.Raised on cattle stations throughout the Northern Territory, Olivia has an in-depth understanding of the operations and management of large pastoral enterprises. She maintains an extensive network of industry contacts, providing a strong foundation for her consistent record of successful transactions.
Recognised for her clear communication, strategic insight, and commitment to achieving strong outcomes, Olivia works closely with a team of experienced valuers to deliver informed, data-driven guidance across all aspects of agribusiness transactions.
Throughout her career, Olivia has managed more than 600 property transactions, including landmark pastoral sales such as Neutral Junction, Limbunya, and Maryfield Stations, collectively valued at over $200 million. More recent transactions include Dorisvale, Hodgson River, and Kalyeeda Stations. Her portfolio also includes notable Northern Territory commercial assets such as the Heartbreak Hotel at Cape Crawford, Mary River Wilderness Retreat east of Darwin, and Stuarts Well Roadhouse south of Alice Springs.
After completing her early childhood schooling through Katherine and Alice Springs School of the Air, Olivia gained firsthand experience of station life in regions including Central Australia, the Top End, and the Kimberley. She later spent two years working on a cutting horse ranch in Texas, USA, following several years competing in the Australian Professional Rodeo Association circuit while based in Wagga Wagga, NSW and Rochester, Victoria.
With childhood homes including El Questro Station in the Kimberley and her family’s operation of “station stays” in Central Australia, Olivia also brings strategic expertise in the marketing and transaction of tourism-focused properties.
