Nick Houston is a Senior Director in LAWD’s Valuations Team and is a highly regarded industry professional with more than 10 years of experience across a broad range of asset classes. He is particularly recognised for his expertise in large-scale valuations, including institutional-grade agricultural holdings and portfolios.
Raised on a broadacre cropping property near Mungindi in north-west New South Wales, Nick developed an early connection to rural property. He is known for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and for bringing practical insight to complex valuation assignments.
Based in LAWD’s Brisbane office, Nick travels extensively throughout northern Australia and north-west New South Wales to deliver valuation services for a diverse client base.
Over the course of his career, Nick has worked with institutional investors, ASX-listed companies and large family enterprises. His expertise has been sought to value some of Northern Australia’s largest multi-million-dollar pastoral holdings, as well as irrigated, broadacre cropping and feedlot enterprises across the country.
Nick also has a strong interest in valuations throughout central-west Queensland and provides advice for mortgage security, financial reporting, family law and pre-purchase due diligence purposes.
