Lachlan Bell has more than four years’ accounting experience and brings his analytical approach and attention to detail to LAWD’s Valuations Team.
Lachlan’s career as a Chartered Accountant and strong analytical background has allowed for his seamless transition into the valuation industry. The skills gained from his previous career are now leveraged to assist him in undertaking the valuation of complex large-scale assets and portfolios within poultry enterprises, abattoirs, permanent plantings and viticulture.
He also has personal experience in agriculture, growing up in Goondiwindi in southern Queensland, where his family own and operate a fuel distribution business that services farmers and agricultural enterprises.
Before joining LAWD in 2023, Lachlan worked on the grain harvest in southern Queensland and northern New South Wales, further fuelling his passion for the sector.
