Derek has more than 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate across greater Sydney and New South Wales, where he has held senior roles with global agencies, private development companies and REITs. He is renowned as being one of the most experienced and successful commercial brokers in Australia and brings deep networks and connections with private investors, REITs, private equity firms, investment managers and institutional and private property owners.
Derek is well-respected in industry for leading deals in major development site transactions across both industrial and residential sectors and known for his detailed understanding of the life cycle of development projects, with strong property assessment and due-diligence skills. Derek has transacted billions of dollars in major commercial transactions during his career.
