LAWD Auctions’ Senior Director of Sales, Bryan McNeilly, has more than 35 years’ experience in the agricultural industry, specialising in remarketing plant and equipment.
As a qualified plant and machinery valuer, Bryan is well-respected within the industry for his in-depth knowledge of the sector, accuracy in valuations, and understanding of market dynamics.
For the first 18 years of his career, Bryan held leadership positions in dealerships for the two largest brand names in agricultural equipment and machinery. In those roles, Bryan oversaw the operations and management of plant and machinery inventories, providing him with invaluable experience in the commercial aspects of equipment sales. As a result, he has a strong understanding of machinery lifecycle management, from acquisition and valuation, through to remarketing and disposal.
It was this experience which led him to actively pursue a career is sales and auctions. Bryan has previously held national senior leadership roles responsible for agricultural sales for two major auction houses.
Over the course of his career, Bryan’s understanding of market trends, pricing strategies and clients’ needs, has enabled him to consistently deliver outstanding results.
